Ko\u0308rperliche und geistige Beweglichkeit, Balance, Ausdauer, Geschicklichkeit, Rhythmusgefu\u0308hl, Konzentration, Reaktion und vieles mehr ko\u0308nnen gefo\u0308rdert und trainiert werden, wenn auch in etwas abgeschwa\u0308chter Form. Man kann das alles scho\u0308n in kleinen Choreografien, z.B. Ta\u0308nzen, Formationen oder in Bewegungsspielen verstecken, so dass die Stunde nicht qua\u0308lend oder langweilig wird.
